Jesduvroq (daprodustat) is a hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase (HIF PH) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of anemia due to chronic kidney disease in adults who have been receiving dialysis for at least four months.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• shortness of breath,
• chest pain,
• lightheadedness,
• dizziness,
• weakness,
• tiredness,
• abdominal pain
• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• confusion, 
• fainting, 
• difficulty walking, 
• swelling of your legs, ankles, or feet, 
• sudden weight gain, 
• difficulty seeing, 
• loss of balance or coordination, 
• pain in a leg or arm, with or without swelling, 
• warmth in an arm or leg, 
• trouble speaking or understanding what others are saying, 
• sudden numbness or weakness in your face, arm, leg, especially on one side of your body, and
