Xigduo XR (dapagliflozin and metformin hcl extended-release tablets)

Xigduo XR (dapagliflozin and metformin HCl) is a combination of two oral antihyperglycemic medications used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when treatment with both dapagliflozin and metformin is appropriate.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- chills,
- stomach pain,
- clay-colored stools,
- dizziness,
- blurred vision,
- headache,
- sweating,
- tightness in the chest,
- fast or shallow breathing,
- hoarseness,
- lower back or side pain,
- seizures,
- loss of consciousness,
- anxiety,
- slurred speech,
- depression,
- tremors,
- nightmares,
- fast heartbeat,
- irritation,
- difficulty swallowing,
- cold sweats,
- sleepiness,
- general ill feeling,
- increased appetite,
- decreased appetite,
- unusual tiredness or weakness,
- shakiness,
- bladder pain,
- frequent urge to urinate,
- pain, tenderness, redness, or swelling of the area between the anus and genitals,
- joint pain, stiffness, or swelling,
- cloudy urine,
- redness of the skin,
- bloody urine,
- burning or painful urination,
- change in color, amount, or odor of vaginal discharge,
- muscle pain or cramping,
- itches,
- unpleasant breath odor,
