Restasis MultiDose (cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion) is a calcineurin inhibitor immunosuppressant indicated to increase tear production in patients whose tear production is presumed to be suppressed due to ocular inflammation associated with keratoconjunctivitis sicca.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• severe eye pain, burning, or stinging after using the drops,
• swollen eyelids,
• swelling, redness, crusting or drainage from the eye, and
• severe discomfort of the eye
