Nascobal (cyanocobalamin)

Nascobal Nasal Spray (cyanocobalamin) is a man-made form of vitamin B12 used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency in people with pernicious anemia and other conditions.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- dizziness,
- headache,
- weakness,
- sore throat,
- runny nose,
- upset stomach,
- sneezing,
- numbness or tingling,
- itching or rash
- swollen tongue,
- joint pain, or
