Cuvrior (trientine tetrahydrochloride tablets)

Cuvrior (trientine tetrahydrochloride) is a copper chelator indicated for the treatment of adult patients with stable Wilson’s disease who are de-coppered and tolerant to penicillamine. 

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • rash
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • abdominal pain,
  • change in bowel habits, and

  • Galzin (galzin zinc acetate capsules)
  • Syprine (trientine)
