Cuvposa (glycopyrrolate oral solution)

Cuvposa (glycopyrrolate) Oral Solution is an anticholinergic drug used to control conditions such as peptic ulcers that involve excessive stomach acid production. Cuvposa is also used to reduce drooling in children ages 3 to 16 who have certain medical conditions, such as cerebral palsy.

The drug is often used to treat Cerebral palsy .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • constipation,
  • dry mouth,
  • drowsiness,
  • stuffy nose,
  • flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling).
  • vomiting, or
  • sinus pain,
The following drugs are related to Cuvposa, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Dantrium Capsules (dantrolene sodium capsules)
  • Dantrium IV (dantrolene sodium for injection)
  • Valium (diazepam tablets)
  • GLYRX-PF (glycopyrrolate injection)
