Cortisporin Cream (neomycin and polymyxin B sulfates and hydrocortisone acetate cream) is a topical antibacterial cream used to treat skin lesions (such as psoriasis, or dermatitis) with secondary infection.

The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• itching
• burning
• irritation
• rash
• acne
• thinning skin
• skin discoloration
• dryness
• infection of hair follicles
• increase in body hair
• dermatitis
• rash around the mouth
• breaking down of skin tissue (maceration)
• secondary infection
• stretch marks, or
