Goprelto (cocaine hydrochloride) nasal solution is an ester local anesthetic indicated for the induction of local anesthesia of the mucous membranes when performing diagnostic procedures and surgeries on or through the nasal cavities in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain or tightness,
- seizure,
- headache,
- high blood pressure,
- weakness,
- anxiety,
- fast heartbeat,
- sweating, and
- loss of smell,
- loss of taste,
- pain in your neck, back, or arms,
- abnormal heartbeat
