Tybost (cobicistat tablets)

Tybost (cobicistat) is a CYP3A inhibitor indicated to increase systemic exposure of atazanavir or darunavir (once daily dosing regimen) in combination with other antiretroviral agents in the treatment of HIV-1 infection.

The drug is often used to treat HIV .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• upper stomach pain,
• loss of appetite,
• dark urine,
• clay-colored stools, and
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
• shortness of breath,
• tiredness,
• little or no urination,
• swelling in your feet or ankles,
