Clovique (trientine hydrochloride capsules)

Clovique (trientine hydrochloride capsules) is a chelating compound used to treat patients with Wilson's disease who are intolerant of penicillamine.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- iron deficiency,
- systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),
- involuntary muscle contractions,
- muscle spasm, and
- myasthenia gravis
