Cloderm (clocortolone)

Cloderm Cream, 0.1% (clocortolone pivalate) is a topical (for the skin) corticosteroid used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.

The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • diarrhea,
  • tiredness,
  • weight gain,
  • dry mouth,
  • worsening of your skin condition,
  • redness, warmth, swelling, oozing, or severe irritation of any treated skin,
  • increased thirst,
  • increased urination,
  • fruity breath odor,
  • slow wound healing,
  • thinning or discolored skin,
  • increased body hair,
  • muscle weakness,
  • mood changes,
  • menstrual changes, and
  • sexual changes
