Cloderm (clocortolone)
type of Corticosteroids, Topical
Cloderm Cream, 0.1% (clocortolone pivalate) is a topical (for the skin) corticosteroid used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.
The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- diarrhea,
- tiredness,
- weight gain,
- dry mouth,
- worsening of your skin condition,
- redness, warmth, swelling, oozing, or severe irritation of any treated skin,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- fruity breath odor,
- slow wound healing,
- thinning or discolored skin,
- increased body hair,
- muscle weakness,
- mood changes,
- menstrual changes, and
- sexual changes
