Sympazan (clobazam oral film)
type of Anticonvulsants, Benzodiazepine
Sympazan (clobazam) is a benzodiazepine indicated for adjunctive treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) in patients 2 years of age or older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- severe drowsiness,
- breathing that stops,
- agitation,
- restlessness,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- anxiety,
- panic attacks,
- trouble sleeping,
- irritableness,
- hostility,
- aggression,
- hyperactivity (mentally or physically),
- increased depression,
- thoughts of self-harm,
- mood or behavior changes,
- weak or shallow breathing,
- unusual changes in mood or behavior,
- difficult to wake up,
- impulsiveness,
- problems with balance or muscle movement
- aggression, and
