Xaciato (clindamycin phosphate) Vaginal Gel is a lincosamide antibacterial indicated for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis in female patients 12 years of age and older.

The drug is often used to treat Bacterial vaginosis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• severe stomach pain, and
• diarrhea that is watery or bloody
