ClindaMax Vaginal Cream (clindamycin phosphate)

Clindamax Vaginal Cream (clindamycin phosphate vaginal cream, 2%) is an antibiotic indicated in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (formerly referred to as Haemophilus vaginitis, Gardnerella vaginitis, nonspecific vaginitis, Corynebacterium vaginitis, or anaerobic vaginosis). ClindaMax Vaginal Cream can be used to treat non-pregnant women and pregnant women during the second and third trimester.
The drug is often used to treat Bacterial vaginosis .
This drug may have the following side effects:

- diarrhea,
- itching,
- constipation,
- nosebleed,
- rash,
- swelling,
- gas,
- abdominal pain,
- stomach upset,
- vaginal yeast infection,
- vaginal itching and discharge,
- urinary tract infection,
- endometriosis,
- menstrual changes,
- abdominal cramps,
- bad breath,
- bacterial infection,
- allergic reaction,
- hives, and
- changes in taste.
