Winlevi (clascoterone) cream is an androgen receptor inhibitor used for topical treatment of acne vulgaris in patients 12 years of age and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • lightheadedness,
  • blurred vision,
  • profuse sweating, and
  • tremors
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • confusion, 
  • fainting, 
  • slurred speech, 
  • loss of coordination, 
  • very stiff (rigid) muscles, 
  • high fever, 
  • fluttering in your chest, 
  • tunnel vision, 
  • seeing halos around lights, 
  • severe headache, 
  • sudden vision loss, 
  • sudden dizziness, 
  • trouble walking,
  • eye pain or swelling, 
  • fast, irregular, or pounding heartbeats, 
  • arm or leg weakness, 
  • feeling unsteady,
