Claravis Capsules (isotretinoin)

Claravis (isotretinoin capsules) is a retinoid indicated for the treatment of severe recalcitrant nodular acne.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • dark urine,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • dizziness,
  • severe headache,
  • blurred vision,
  • joint pain,
  • back pain,
  • seizures,
  • hearing problems,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • vision problems, and
  • rectal bleeding,
  • new or worsening heartburn,
  • stroke,
  • rash with a fever,
  • blisters on legs, arms, or face,
  • sores in your mouth, throat, nose, eyes,
  • peeling skin,
  • severe stomach, chest, or bowel pain,
  • painful or trouble swallowing,
  • broken bones,
  • blood sugar problems
