Cimerli (ranibizumab-eqrn injection)

Cimerli (ranibizumab-eqrn) is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (AMD), macular edema following retinal vein occlusion (RVO), diabetic macular edema (DME), diabetic retinopathy (DR), and myopic choroidal neovascularization (mCNV).

This drug may have the following side effects:

• dizziness,
• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• pain,
• redness,
• sensitivity to light, and
• sudden change in vision

• Eylea (aflibercept)
• Avastin (bevacizumab)
• Beovu (brolucizumab-dbll for intravitreal injection)
• Lucentis (ranibizumab injection)
• Syfovre (pegcetacoplan injection, for intravitreal use)
