Lorzone (chlorzoxazone) is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy, and other measures for acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- skin rash,
- lightheadedness,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- unusual tiredness,
- stomach pain (upper right side),
- bloody or tarry stools,
- redness,
- coughing up blood, and
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds
