Nesacaine (chloroprocaine) is a local anesthetic used during surgical procedures. Nesacaine is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- itching,
- vomiting,
- dizziness,
- blurred vision,
- low blood pressure,
- fainting,
- restlessness,
- seizures,
- anxiety,
- tremors,
- depression, and
- sneezing,
- ringing in the ears,
- excessing sweating,
- elevated temperature,
- loss of bladder and bowel control,
- slow or irregular heartbeats
