Xcopri (cenobamate tablets) is an antiepileptic drug (AED) used to treat partial-onset seizures in adult patients.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • rash,
  • fever,
  • swollen glands,
  • skin rash,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • tiredness,
  • vision problems,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • muscle aches,
  • weakness,
  • agitation,
  • trouble swallowing,
  • restlessness,
  • sore throat,
  • anxiety,
  • panic attacks,
  • trouble sleeping,
  • impulsive behavior,
  • irritableness,
  • hostility,
  • aggression,
  • hyperactivity (mentally or physically),
  • increased depression,
  • thoughts of self-harm,
  • mood or behavior changes,
  • fast or pounding heartbeats,
  • sudden dizziness,
  • severe weakness,
  • unusual bruising,
  • trouble walking,
  • loss of coordination,
  • drowsiness, and
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes,
  • severe muscle pain,
  • painful sores in your mouth or around your eyes,
  • any infection or illness that does not get better,
  • problems with thinking or memory
