Libtayo (cemiplimab-rwlc injection)
type of PD-1PD-L1 Inhibitors
Libtayo (cemiplimab-rwlc) is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) or locally advanced CSCC who are not candidates for curative surgery or curative radiation.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- stomach pain,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- chest pain,
- tingling,
- dizziness,
- vision problems,
- seizure,
- severe headache,
- constipation,
- sweating,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- little or no urination,
- increased urination,
- mouth sores,
- drowsiness,
- increased hunger or thirst,
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- severe stomach pain,
- mood or behavior changes,
- hair loss,
- hallucinations,
- feeling cold,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- new or worsening cough,
- unusual bruising,
- neck stiffness,
- increased sensitivity to light,
- weight loss
- blood in your urine,
- neck or back pain,
- hoarse or deepened voice,
- eye pain or redness,
- weight gain, and
- shakiness,
- fast or irregular heartbeats,
- severe muscle pain or weakness,
- feeling sick or uneasy,
- pain or swelling near your transplanted organ,
- swelling in your ankles,
- frequent or unusual headaches,
- feeling very tired,
