Celontin (methsuximide)

Celontin (methsuximide) is an anti-epileptic (anticonvulsant) medication used alone or in combination with other medications to treat absence seizures (also called "petit mal" seizures).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- easy bruising,
- confusion,
- tiredness,
- chest pain,
- muscle aches,
- weakness,
- agitation,
- restlessness,
- sore throat,
- anxiety,
- panic attacks,
- trouble sleeping,
- impulsive behavior,
- irritableness,
- hostility,
- aggression,
- hyperactivity (mentally or physically),
- depression,
- unusual thoughts or behavior,
- burning in your eyes,
- hallucination,
- worsening seizures,
- extreme fear,
- mood or behavior,
- thoughts suicide or self-harm,
- unusual bleeding (nose, mouth),
- joint pain or swelling with fever,
- patchy skin color,
