Seglentis (celecoxib and tramadol tablets)

Seglentis (celecoxib and tramadol hydrochloride) contains an opioid agonist and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and is indicated for the management of acute pain in adults that is severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- itching,
- diarrhea,
- skin rash,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- weight gain,
- constipation,
- vomiting,
- weakness,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- heartburn,
- gas,
- low red blood cells (anemia),
- new or worsening high blood pressure,
- heart failure,
- liver failure,
- life-threatening skin reactions,
- black or tar like stools,
- blistering of the skin with fever, and
- swelling of the arms, legs, hands, and feet
