Spectracef (cefditoren pivoxil) is a cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat many different types of bacterial infections that can cause bronchitis, tonsillitis, pneumonia, or skin infection.

The drug is often used to treat Bronchitis , Pneumonia , Tonsillitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • dizziness,
  • constipation,
  • dry mouth,
  • restlessness,
  • vaginal itching or discharge
  • runny or stuffy nose,
  • muscle pain,
  • hyperactivity,
  • white patches or sores inside your mouth or on your lips,
  • trouble sleeping (insomnia),
  • belching,
  • stomach pain or upset,
  • appetite changes,
  • headache, nausea,
  • muscle stiffness or tightness,
  • unusual or unpleasant taste in your mouth,
  • strange dreams,
  • itching or skin rash, or
