Sinemet CR (carbidopa-levodopa sustained release)

Sinemet CR (carbidopa-levodopa) Sustained-Release Tablets is a dopamine and antiparkinsonism drug used to treat Parkinson's disease. Sinemet CR is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- dizziness,
- blurred vision,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- sleep problems (insomnia),
- cough,
- constipation,
- loss of appetite,
- dry mouth,
- drowsiness,
- sneezing,
- muscle pain,
- stuffy nose,
- heartburn,
- numbness or tingly feeling, or
- strange dreams,
- other cold symptoms,
- skin rash or itching.
