Crysvita (burosumab-twza) injection is a fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) blocking antibody indicated for the treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH) in adult and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing, and
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat
