Marvona Suik (bupivacaine hydrochloride injection, solution) is a local anesthetic used to produce local or regional anesthesia or analgesia for surgery, dental and oral surgery procedures, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and for obstetrical procedures.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • nausea,
  • itching,
  • vomiting,
  • chills,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • weakness, and
  • swelling,
  • low blood pressure (hypotension),
  • restlessness,
  • slow heart rate,
  • anxiety,
  • cardiac arrest,
  • fast heart rate,
  • sneezing,
  • redness,
  • numbness and tingling,
  • excessive sweating,
  • lightheadedness/fainting,
  • tinnitus,
  • tremors/convulsions,
  • constriction of the pupils,
  • decreased cardiac output,
  • heartblock,
  • abnormal heart rhythms,
  • elevated temperature, or
  • anaphylaxis),
  • persistent anesthesia,
  • paralysis
