Zynrelef (bupivacaine and meloxicam)

Zynrelef (bupivacaine and meloxicam) Extended-Release contains an amide local anesthetic, and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and is indicated in adults for soft tissue or periarticular instillation to produce postsurgical analgesia for up to 72 hours after bunionectomy, open inguinal herniorrhaphy and total knee arthroplasty.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • itching,
  • vomiting,
  • lightheadedness,
  • confusion,
  • headache, and
  • restlessness,
  • little or no urination,
  • drowsiness,
  • seizures,
  • anxiety,
  • ringing in your ears,
  • tremors,
  • weak or shallow breathing,
  • sneezing,
  • weak pulse,
  • severe dizziness,
  • muscle twitching,
  • numbness or tingling around your mouth,
  • metallic taste in your mouth,
  • slow or fast heart rate,
  • problems with speech or vision,
  • gasping,
  • red rash,
  • feeling unusually hot,
  • skin that looks pale, gray, or blue-colored

  • Norco (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen)
  • Norco 5/325 (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen)
  • Vicodin ES (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen)
  • Vicodin HP (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets)
  • Morphine Sulfate Tablets (morphine sulfate)
  • Morphine Tablets (morphine sulfate extended-release tablets)
  • Percocet (oxycodone and acetaminophen)
  • Xarelto (rivaroxaban film-coated oral tablets)
