Pulmicort Flexhaler (budesonide inhalation powder)

Pulmicort Flexhaler (budesonide inhalation powder) is a steroid used to prevent asthma attacks. Pulmicort will not treat an asthma attack that has already begun.

The drug is often used to treat Asthma .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• vomiting,
• diarrhea,
• cough,
• runny or stuffy nose,
• sneezing,
• headache.
• nosebleeds,
• stomach pain, or
• voice changes,
• dry/irritated/sore throat, hoarseness,
• bad taste in the mouth,
• white patches or sores inside your mouth or on your lips (oral thrush),
