Brukinsa (zanubrutinib capsules)

Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received at least one prior therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • loss of appetite,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • chills,
  • vision problems,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • severe headache,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • sore throat,
  • fast or irregular heartbeat,
  • mouth sores,
  • right-sided upper stomach pain,
  • pounding heartbeats,
  • bloody or tarry stools,
  • coughing up blood,
  • vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
  • skin sores,
  • feeling unwell,
  • chest discomfort,
  • purple or red spots under your skin,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes,
  • red or pink urine,
  • trouble speaking or understanding what is said to you,
  • numbness or weakness on one side,
  • redness or swelling, and
  • cough with mucus
