Xibrom (bromfenac ophthalmic solution)

Xibrom (bromfenac ophthalmic solution) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat swelling and pain caused by cataract surgery.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • watery eyes,
  • headache, or
  • itchy eyes,
  • temporary irritation/burning/stinging of the eye when you apply the eye drops,
  • temporary blurred vision,
  • seeing flashes of light or "floaters" in your vision
