Siliq (brodalumab injection for subcutaneous use)

Siliq (brodalumab) injection is a human interleukin-17 receptor A (IL-17RA) antagonist indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adult patients who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy and have failed to respond or have lost response to other systemic therapies.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • loss of appetite,
  • fever,
  • weight loss,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • constipation,
  • sweating,
  • cough,
  • sore throat,
  • increased urination,
  • trouble breathing,
  • pain or burning when you urinate,
  • unusual changes in mood or behavior,
  • difficulty swallowing,
  • stomach cramps,
  • bloody stools,
  • suicidal thoughts, and
  • skin sores with warmth, redness, or swelling,
  • painful diarrhea,
  • new or worsening anxiety or depression
