Briumvi (ublituximab-xiiy injection)
type of Antineoplastics, Anti-CD20 Monoclonal Antibodies
Briumvi (ublituximab-xiiy) is a CD20-directed cytolytic antibody indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- chills,
- headache,
- flu-like symptoms,
- sore throat, and
- abnormal blood values (reduction in Immunoglobins, Neutrophils)
