Mirvaso (brimonidine) Topical Gel is an alpha-adrenergic agonist used to treat persistent (nontransient) skin redness (erythema) of rosacea in adults.

The drug is often used to treat Rosacea .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache,
• blurred vision,
• flushing,
• acne,
• skin irritation,
• redness,
• skin pain, 
• runny nose, or
• burning sensation of the skin,
• warm feeling of the skin,
• tingling sensation,
• rosacea,
• nasal congestion.
