Combigan (brimonidine tartrate/timolol maleate ophthalmic solution) is a combination of an alpha agonist and a beta-blocker that work to reduce pressure inside the eye used to treat glaucoma or ocular hypertension (high pressure inside the eye).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • sore throat,
  • upset stomach,
  • dry mouth,
  • drowsiness,
  • watery eyes,
  • swollen or puffy eyes,
  • unusual or unpleasant taste in your mouth,
  • temporary blurred vision,
  • temporary burning/stinging/itching/redness of the eye,
  • dry eyes,
  • feeling as if something is in the eye,
  • tired feeling,
  • sensitivity to light, or
  • dry nose.
