Tracleer (bosentan)

type of PAH, Endothelin Antagonists

Tracleer (bosentan) is an endothelin receptor antagonist, which works to help decrease blood pressure in the lungs, used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tracleer improves your ability to exercise and prevents your condition from getting worse.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • dark urine,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • swollen glands,
  • skin rash,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • severe shortness of breath,
  • muscle aches,
  • wheezing,
  • sweating,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • chest pain, and
  • anxiety,
  • severe weakness,
  • unusual bruising,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • gasping for breath,
  • cough with foamy mucus,
  • fast or uneven heart rate
  • swelling in your legs and ankles with or without weight gain,
