Blisovi 24 Fe (norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets and ferrous fumarate tablets) is a combined oral contraceptive (COC) plus iron used to prevent pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• weight gain,
• headache,
• vomiting, and
• urinary tract infection (UTI),
• acne,
• mood swings,
• upper respiratory infection,
• breast tenderness,
• vaginal yeast infection,
• sinusitis,
• menstrual cramps,
• abnormal cervical smear,
• vaginitis (bacterial),
• irregular menstrual bleeding/spotting
