Blincyto (blinatumomab for injection)

type of Bispecific T-Cell Engager (BiTE) Antibodies

Blincyto (blinatumomab) for injection is a bispecific CD19-directed CD3 T- cell engager indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-negative relapsed or refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • skin rash,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • body aches,
  • tiredness,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • seizure,
  • constipation,
  • headache,
  • wheezing,
  • weakness,
  • muscle weakness,
  • mouth sores,
  • muscle cramps,
  • loss of consciousness,
  • irregular heartbeats,
  • slurred speech,
  • fast heart rate,
  • skin sores,
  • increased thirst or urination,
  • decreased urination, and
  • tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
  • muscle pain,
  • problems with your balance,
  • severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back,
  • leg cramps,
  • numbness or tingling,
  • limp feeling,
  • fast or slow heartrate,
