Bexxar (tositumomab and iodine 1131 tositumomab)

Bexxar (tositumomab and iodine I 131 tositumomab) is a monoclonal antibody used to treat certain forms of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • shortness of breath,
  • confusion,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • black or tarry stools,
  • blood in your stools or urine, and
  • extreme fatigue
The following drugs are related to Bexxar, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Vyxeos (daunorubicin and cytarabine for injection)
  • Decadron (dexamethasone)
  • Idhifa (enasidenib tablets)
  • Zevalin (ibritumomab tiuxetan)
  • Yondelis (trabectedin for injection)
