Bevespi Aerosphere (glycopyrrolate and formoterol fumarate) inhalation aerosol is a combination of an anticholinergic and a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) indicated for the long-term, maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Bevespi Aerosphere is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm or for the treatment of asthma.

The drug is often used to treat Asthma , Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • itching,
  • rash,
  • lightheadedness,
  • stomach pain,
  • chest pain,
  • dizziness,
  • dry mouth,
  • fainting,
  • nervousness,
  • fruity breath odor,
  • eye pain,
  • dry skin,
  • poor balance,
  • palpitations,
  • changes in vision,
  • muscle cramps or pain,
  • pain or difficulty urinating,
  • changes in the amount of urine,
  • fast or irregular heart beat,
  • increased appetite or thirst,
  • increased urination, and
  • tremor
