BESREMi (ropeginterferon alfa-2b-njft) is an interferon alfa-2b indicated for the treatment of adults with polycythemia vera.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- coughing,
- fatigue,
- restlessness,
- seizures,
- anxiety,
- slurred speech,
- depression,
- muscle pain,
- severe headaches,
- double vision,
- severe dizziness,
- vision loss,
- loss of balance or coordination,
- swelling or redness,
- uncontrolled anger,
- difficulty concentrating or staying focused,
- numbness and tingling in the hands and feet,
- weakness, numbness, or paralysis in your face, arm, or leg (typically on one side of your body),
- urinary tract infection, and
