Besponsa (inotuzumab ozogamicin) for injection is a CD22-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) indicated for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • pale skin,
  • shortness of breath,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • fainting,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • mouth sores,
  • rapid weight gain,
  • feeling cold,
  • fast or pounding heartbeats,
  • skin sores,
  • swollen gums,
  • cold or flu symptoms,
  • coughing up blood, and
  • vomit that looks like coffee grounds
  • bleeding gums,
  • abnormal vaginal bleeding,
  • headache with chest pain and severe dizziness,
  • itchiness,
  • blood in your urine or stools,
  • feverish,
  • swelling in your arms or legs,
  • painful swelling in your midsection,
