Orladeyo (berotralstat capsules)
type of Kallikrein Inhibitors
Orladeyo (berotralstat) is a plasma kallikrein inhibitor indicated for prophylaxis to prevent attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- abdominal pain,
- back pain, and
- gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

- Berinert ([c1 esterase inhibitor (human)] freeze-dried powder)
- Cinryze (c1 esterase inhibitor [human] freeze dried powder)
- Ruconest (c1 esterase inhibitor [recombinant] intravenous injection)
- Haegarda (c1 esterase inhibitor subcutaneous [human] injection)
- Kalbitor (ecallantide injection)
- Firazyr (icatibant injection for subcutaneous administration)
- Sajazir (icatibant injection, for subcutaneous use)
- Takhzyro (lanadelumab-flyo injection)
