Bentyl (dicyclomine)

Bentyl (dicyclomine) is an anticholinergics prescribed for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Bentyl is available as a generic drug.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- stomach pain
- hallucinations
- hot or dry skin
- bloating
- severe constipation
- worsening of diarrhea or other irritable bowel syndrome
- feeling very thirsty or hot
- inability to urinate
- heavy sweating
- confusion
- unusual thoughts or behavior
- pounding heartbeats or fluttering in your chest
