Beleodaq (belinostat for injection for intravenous use)

Beleodaq (belinostat) for Injection is a histone deacetylase inhibitor used to treat patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • dizziness,
  • headache
  • cough
  • nausea
  • diarrhea
  • fever
  • itching
  • vomiting
  • low blood pressure,
  • chills
  • low blood potassium (hypokalemia),
  • infusion site pain
  • fatigue
  • anemia
  • constipation
  • shortness of breath
  • rash
  • swelling of extremities
  • loss of appetite
  • abdominal pain
  • low blood platelets (thrombocytopenia),
  • phlebitis,
  • prolonged QT,
  • pneumonia, and
  • infection.
