Olumiant (baricitinib tablets)

Olumiant (baricitinib) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to treat adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have not responded well enough to or could not tolerate at least one medicine called a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antagonist.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • upper respiratory tract infections (common cold, sinus infections),
  • cold sores (herpes simplex), and
  • shingles (herpes zoster)

  • Renflexis (infliximab-abda injection)
  • Mobic (meloxicam)
  • Trexall (methotrexate)
  • Rasuvo (methotrexate non-pyrogenic solution for a single subcutaneous injection)
  • Rheumatrex (methotrexate tablets)
  • Rinvoq (upadacitinib extended-release tablets)
  • Xevudy (sotrovimab injection)
