Giazo (balsalazide disodium)
type of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Agents, 5-Aminosalicylic Acid Derivatives
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- upper stomach pain,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- fever,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- stomach pain,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- swelling,
- unusual tiredness,
- shortness of breath, and
- rapid weight gain,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- bloody diarrhea,
- little or no urinating,
- cold hands and feet
- cramps,

- Lialda (mesalamine)
- Pentasa (mesalamine)
- Rowasa (mesalamine rectal suspension enema)
- Trexall (methotrexate)
- Xatmep (methotrexate oral solution)
