Bafiertam (monomethyl fumarate delayed-release capsules)

Bafiertam (monomethyl fumarate) is a selective immunosuppressant indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- confusion,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- headache,
- flu-like symptoms,
- sweating,
- stomach pain (upper right side),
- mouth sores,
- neck stiffness,
- sensitivity to light,
- severe diarrhea,
- problems with speech, thought, vision, or muscle movement,
- severe warmth,
- redness, burning, or itching under your skin,
- cold sores around your mouth,
- tingly or painful blistering rash, and
- burning pain in your thigh or lower back
