Dymista (azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate) Nasal Spray is a combination of an antihistamine and a corticosteroid indicated for the relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in patients 12 years of age and older who require treatment with both azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate for symptomatic relief.

The drug is often used to treat Allergic rhinitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache
• changes in taste,
• nosebleeds, and

The following drugs are related to Dymista, either as a replacement or used together:

• Benzedrex (propylhexedrine inhalant)
• HiDex 6 day (dexamethasone tablets usp, 1.5 mg)
• RyClora (dexchlorpheniramine maleate oral solution)
