Vidaza (azacitidine)

type of Antineoplastics DNA Methylation Inhibitor

Vidaza (azacitidine for injection) is a cancer medication used to treat certain types of bone marrow cancers and blood cell disorders.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • chest pain,
  • muscle cramps, 
  • changes in the amount of urine,
  • irregular heartbeat, 
  • easy bleeding or bruising,
  • swollen ankles or feet,
  • mental/mood changes (e.g., anxiety, depression),
  • dark urine, or
  • yellowing eyes or skin.

  • Daurismo (glasdegib tablets)
  • Procrit (epoetin alfa)
  • Epogen (epoetin alfa)
  • Xospata (gilteritinib tablets)
  • Leukine (sargramostim)

  • Medrol (methylprednisolone)
  • Pediapred (prednisolone sodium)
